1 General Terms

Welcome to the eeg333 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between eeg333 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). By using the eeg333 website, mobile platform or any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Management

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

eeg333 takes a firm stance against gambling by minors. This platform is for persons aged 21 or above only.

• Providing the correct date of birth at the time of registration is mandatory.
• We may request a government-issued ID at any time and may restrict the account until age is verified.
• If identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• In cases of suspicious activity, eeg333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals during investigation.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on eeg333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

eeg333 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being forfeited.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• eeg333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

5.4 Other Promotions

eeg333 runs special promotional offers from time to time, such as cashback, reload bonuses and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own terms which are stated on that promotion's page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Before placing bets on eeg333, please read the rules for each game and market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a problem arises due to a technical fault on the platform.

• Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be considered void.
• eeg333 is not responsible for disconnection from the internet during live betting.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games on eeg333 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are run by live dealers directly. Fairness and impartiality of results are guaranteed.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault, eeg333 may void the result of that game or restore the balance. eeg333 will not compensate for potential profits lost due to technical faults.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eeg333 and if detected may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots or automated systems for betting.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players.
• Legal threats against the platform or making false chargeback claims.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour towards platform staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by eeg333

eeg333 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
• If false identity information has been provided.
• Failure to provide account verification documents.
• In accordance with legal or regulatory requirements.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balance before closing the account. To reactivate a closed account, contact our support team.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
